    This 1880s token, with a mintage of only 200, advertised coin publications written by Dr. Joseph LeRoux, a physician and prominent numismatist in Montreal, Canada.  One side has the words
    BUY THE CANADIAN COPPER COIN CATALOGUE {{detail_product_description}}.50  NUMISMATIC ATLAS FOR CANADA .50 AND .00  AND COLLECTOR'S VADE MECUM .00  BY JOS. LEROUX M.D.  MONTREAL, CANADA.
    The other side has the same wording in French.
    The composition is copper, and the diameter is
    approximately 26 mm (1").
    This item is in very good condition, with light actual wear, signs of handling, and toning - and remains very bright overall.
