It is new and never used on a vehicle...New Old Stock and a High Quality plate. In 1961 59 was the county code for Sully County which is the Onida area and one of the less populated counties. It is
    over three years old as per ebay's rules and expired in 1961.
    Buyer to add .55 First Class Mail shipping (steel plate) with the plate wrapped in a liner and then in cardboard. Priority Mail Legal Flat Rate Envelope is also available if desired at .25 with the same liner and protective cardboard inserts. The Priority Mail shipping will include insurance.
