This listing is for a divided back postcard showing two teddy bears having tea.  No mention of the artist but the publisher was B. B. London.
Note the small bumps near the upper right corner. This card has a "gel" finish that is still nice and shiny.  This is very unusual for these gel cards that are over 100 years old.
