On combine shipping:  Yes, it is 4.99 for the first one, that is because some shades I charge below retail price and I pay retail to get them at times.  After the first one, it is 99 cents this covers the costs of free items in your packages that are NOT random, and never would I send used !!
On my rare Flawed items:  If you buy something and I have one that may be flaw considered  damaged but I see you select that shade I may include a free one w any minimal damage, but never would they be a charge for them.  Only time I charge for flawed item is when it is listed as a flawed item and the flaw is so minor that you likely would not even notice.  But I do!!   If there still an intact item but has a little more damage (mostly when I clean them!) I will enclose for free.  It is still good and never would I sell a damaged because of use or testing prior to purchase.
I do spend a little extra time on your package as I really do want you to be happy when you receive it.  I love to put together larger orders  but even 1 item gets special attention of bubble wrap to hopefully keep from you receiving a damaged item as a result of neglectance on my part. I do not just throw in a envelope and hope for the best.  I think about the fact usps is not going to acknowledge the fragile sticker and toss them around like a hardball instead of the fragile nature of these eyecolors.

Only one currently w flaw that is the sunlit rose, it is listed as a flawed item. Discounted it because it appears it was brushed on, surface has been cleaned. Has been sanitized along with all the others I sell.
Please note on new shades of chromafusion/vs mineral eye color(previous line of eyecolors): if you dont see Moonstone, crystalline, and sweet plum, hazelnut GRANITE, SWEET PLUM, ROSEGOLD, SHINY PENNY IS SAME AS AMBER Blaze in discontinued style, they are also available in mineral eye color formula separately sold, they are exactly same.  Rustic is exactly same as choc kiss, As are cinnabar, espresso. Granite & Sweet plum  is nearly same...Rosegold is sl more pink in chromafusion Will add more comparisons for you as I become aware of them. Some are slightly changed with same name: Rosegold, candlelight is very sl changed from honey spice.
