Description

This auction is for a 01-02-1903 5 Pesos banknote from Mexico (Banco de Jalisco).
This note is heavily circulated, ragged, tattered, in poor condition, and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many creases, bends and damaged areas); overall dark staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also may have smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease and/or rust stains, areas of discoloration, foreign substances, ink stains); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed; edges rough/damaged in areas); many edge indents/nicks (multiple and large damaging tears exist); very heavy surface wear and fraying; multiple holes exist and many are large, pieces missing due to circulation and damage and note is in a plastic sleeve because it is such low grade that it is only weakly held together.
