At this auction we offer:
Philips speaker, designed by Louis Kallf - a Philips designer in 1920 -1930, also valued for many other bakelite projects.
Hence the unique appearance, extravagant and avant-garde for those times, elegant, streamlined shapes.  A piece of history from the Art Deco period. The loudspeakers were made to special order in limited quantities around 1928.
The speaker is in collector's condition, undamaged, complete, measurements with an ohmmeter indicate the passage through the speaker coil, the factory impedance is 2000 Ohm.
