Tigger Animated/Bouncing Talking Phone by TeleMania

Description

Disney's Winnie the Pooh, Tigger Animated Talking Phone and he bounces and sings.  Last number redial, switchable ringer, tone/pulse switchable and volume control.  Hearing Aid Compatible and 4C batteries included.
It works
BUT the material around his tail has crumpled and I replaced it with a piece of felt (see photos).  I had it displayed on my desk at home but I never had it hooked up because I got rid of the landline so long ago.
Also, I'm unable to take him off the base to put him back into the Styrofoam pieces because it no longer removable once the base and tigger are attached.
He is 12.5" tall and the base is 8" round.  I need to downsize my Disney collection.  If you have any questions, let me know.
